Why ‘YouShouldConvert.com’?
Originally, I thought it would be funny to come up with a blog address that ‘fessed-up’ to the fact that the GBLT community is trying to ‘recruit’ people. (An idea by conservatives I’ve always thought to be hilarious!) I soon realized though that making a fake blog just for that was too much work, so I turned it into my personal blog.

But it also has another meaning. Seems these days that everyone’s trying to convert others to one thing or another…
“Be a vegan!”
“Be green!”
“Be with Jesus!”
“Be with our Jesus!”
“Be Republican/Democrat/Independent!”
“Be an activist!”
etc, etc…

I find it odd sometimes that we live in an age where people feel the need to join various groups just to be with the ‘in’ crowd. (Especially when some groups have a mentality of ‘you are either with us, or against us.’)

Gay Fan Fiction & Other Works
I recently started a separate blog, where I post some gay fan fiction and other stories that pop into my head. I’m sort of using that site as a practice, because I’m also (however slowly) working on my own gay-oriented fantasy book. (Since I haven’t found many that aren’t just a straight-up romance novels.)
