Here we go again! Time for me to highlight my week! :D

Movies Seen
I went to go see Legion yesterday. If you’re thinking of going to see it, please, don’t. It wasn’t worth going out to the theater to see it. It was okay, but it left me with questions, like…

  • Why would angels look and act like demons?
  • Is the baby the new Jesus Christ? It’s not too clear in the movie.
  • Why would God go through the trouble of ‘testing’ his angels by destroying humanity, anyways? Seems a bit counter-productive.

Writings Done
I’m still working on chapter two of Pride of the Species. I think my bigger problem with the story, is that I’m not sure what direction I want to take it. Chapter two will probably be released sometime this week though. I just need a good, solid day to wrap it up.

Meanwhile, I had another idea for a series/book based loosely on The Wizard of Oz. This one would be more of a gay comedy than anything else. I’m still working on the details though.

TV Watched
On Friday, I watched the Hope For Haiti Now telethon. Some of the performances/speeches were fairly good, but the vast majority of it was a train wreck. True, it’s raised over $57 million, which is awesome, but the telethon just seemed a bit… lackluster.
